How Long Does NoFap Take To Cure ED / PIED ? My Experience!

How Long Does NoFap Take To Cure ED / PIED ? My Experience!

So you are having a bit of trouble in the bedroom and now you are wondering…

“how long does it take for NoFap to fix ED?”

Well, you are not alone. Thousand and thousands of guys are going through the same thing right now.

The first question we have to look at is, can NoFap even help your ED in the first place?

Let's take a look at it…

Does NoFap Help ED in the first place?

Fapping to today's super stimulating porn can indeed cause mild or even sever ED.

This is called porn induced erectile dysfunction (PIED).

One thing we must make abundantly clear from the start is that NoFap can only cure your ED if it was caused by fapping to porn in the first place.

In other words, go talk to your doctor to rule out any organic, neurological or other health conditions that is preventing you from getting fully hard, because no amount of NoFap will ever help your ED if your ED is not caused by fapping to online porn.

So now that we know that NoFap can only cure PIED and no other forms of ED, let's jump in and take a look at the estimated time frames…

Determining How Long it Takes For NoFap To Fix PIED is Not Easy

Trying to determine how long it will take to recover from porn induced erectile dysfunction is not an easy task because…

  1. Everyone is different and respond differently to a PMO reboot.
  2. There are so many factors involved.

Here are just some of the factors that can play a part in how long it will take for you to fix your ED.

  • What age you started fapping to porn.
  • Your sexual experience with real life people prior to your porn history.
  • Your sexual experience during your porn years.
  • What your porn sessions looked like
(how long they lasted and if you do a lot of clicking from scene to scene).
  • Your overall health and what kind of healthy activities you do during your PMO reboot.

So as you can see, it depends on a lot of factors, which means that in order to be able to give a somewhat reliable answer, we will have to group the answers into different age groups and take some other stuff into consideration as well…

…but still, there needs to be a BIG disclaimer here…

DISCLAIMER!!!

The answers you will find here are just calculated from averages I have seen over the years. Everyone is different and your results may vary GRATELY! It may take longer for you to recover OR you may recover much faster. Also, keep in mind that “recovery” often continues long after you start being able to have sex. The answers here are just ROUGH estimations and MUST be taken with a big grain of salt!!!

If you are not ok with this, then you should leave this post right away.

If you understand and give your consent…

…by all means, let's move on to the estimations.

How Long Does It Take For NoFap To Help ED?

Ok, so now that we have that out of the way, let's sort the guys up into categories in order to be able to make the best possible estimations.

Find the category that fits you the best and look for your answer there.

To make it clear “By started”, it doesn't mean when you started masturbating, it refers to when you started masturbating to online pornography.

Category #1 You started after the age of 24

Answer: It takes roughly 8-12 weeks for NoFap to fix your PIED.

    • Subtract one week down to 7-11 weeks
(If your sessions were short and you didn't do a lot of clicking from scene to scene.)
    • Subtract one more week down to 6-10 weeks
(If you were sexually active before you started masturbating to online porn)

REMEMBER: it's just a rough estimate, your results may vary greatly!

Category #2 You started between the ages of 20-24

Answer: It may take about 12-18 weeks with No PMO for you to recover from PIED.

  • Subtract two weeks down to 10-16 weeks
(If your sessions were short and you didn't do a lot of clicking from scene to scene.)
  • Subtract one more week down to 9-15 weeks
(If you were sexually active before you started masturbating to online porn)

REMEMBER: it's just a rough estimate, your results may vary greatly and you could recover a lot faster!

Category #3 You started between the ages of 15-19

Answer: It could take you about 16-24 weeks to recover from your porn induced ED.

  • Subtract three weeks down to 13-21 weeks
(If your sessions were short and you didn't do a lot of clicking from scene to scene.)
  • Subtract one more week down to 12-20 weeks
(If you were sexually active before you started masturbating to online porn)

REMEMBER: it's just a rough estimate, your results may vary greatly and you could recover a lot faster!

Category #4 You started between the ages 10-14

Answer: It could take anywhere from 20-30 weeks for NoFap to fix ED.

  • Subtract 4 weeks down to 16-26 weeks
(If your sessions were short and you didn't do a lot of clicking from scene to scene.)

REMEMBER: it's just a rough estimate, your results may vary greatly and you could recover a lot faster!

Category #5 You started before the age of 10

Answer: It could take roughly 24-36 weeks for NoFap to help ED.

  • Subtract 5 weeks down to 19- 21 weeks
(If your sessions were short and you didn't do a lot of clicking from scene to scene.)

REMEMBER: it's just a rough estimate, your results may vary greatly and you could recover a lot faster!

How To Speed Up Recovery

One question I often get is “is there any way to speed up the time it takes to recover from PIED?”

Well, so far there are no real specific studies made on how recovery from PIED responds to different activities, but it would not be far fetched at all to think that doing general “brain healthy” things could potentially help speed it up a bit…

…at least it could be worth trying.

In the video below I share a few tips that may, or may not, help speed up your PIED recovery…

Before you watch it, thought, there are two things you need to keep in mind…

  1. The video talks about how to get the general NoFap benefits faster.
Not just PIED, although they may potentially also help with PIED (who knows!)
  2. Do NOT take the tips in the video to the extremes!
More is not always better and will often backfire, so use common sense. Also if you try what you hear in the video, you agree to take full responsibility for any potential consequences.

Doing a serious PMO reboot is the only real cure for your ED!

There is nothing wrong with trying different things, but always remember that staying away from fapping to porn is the real cure, and that everything else you try is just to be consider helpful tools only.

If you remember this, let's move on to one more tip…

You Could Also Try AlphaViril

During my own reboot I tried everything I could get my hands on, including prescription Viagra, which I talk more about int the post Viagra and NoFap.

I was pretty desensitized by all the years of fapping to adult sites so Viagra didn't do much for me at all. However I did find two natural libido enhancers that actually worked pretty well for me, and AlphaViril was one of them.

AlphaViril made the tip of my penis much more sensitive and it actually made me much harder than the prescription Viagra did.

This is probably because AlphaViril contains more than 20 ingredients that targets several areas of the sexual mechanism, from boosting both your dopamine and testosterone levels, to stimulating the sexual center in your brain, to increasing blood flow in your genitals…

…and of course, Viagra only increase the blood flow and nothing else.

If interested, you can click here to check AlphaViril pricing at the online vendor.

Now, I need to point out that I never had total ED, but my erections were sluggish and weak and I suffered from pretty severe delayed ejaculation.

How Long To Recover From Porn Induced Erectile Dysfunction – Final Words!

I hope you found this article informative and before you leave I would like to, once more, really make sure that you understand that everyone is different and that your results may vary greatly from the time frames you read here.

I calculated those time frames from an average from what I have read over my and seen from my, now almost 9 years  in the rebooting community, so they do have a lot data and  thought behind them…

…but given the fact that there are so many factors involved, and that every brain is unique, it is literally impossible to know for sure.

So, please always keep that in mind.

Thanks for reading!
