Does NoFap Make You Last Shorter?
Does NoFap Make You Last Shorter In Bed?
Many guys have been walking this interesting NoFap journey for a while, and as they no longer get to gratify themselves using pixels on a screen, they end up in bed with a real woman instead…
…isn't that great, huh?
Except that for many, the party does not start when the champagne cork pops, it actually ends with the cork popping right away.
If this is you, you are probably searching the net for answers to the question “Does NoFap cause premature ejaculation”?
Well, here's the answer…
Whenever you do something new in life it takes time to adapt and your brain and penis is no different. If you cut out the super stimulating adult sites, as well as the constant meat beating, of course you are going to reach a new level of sensitivity. For many guys this also means that NoFap reduces their stamina, however, for most men, this will stabilize over time.
Does NoFap Make You Cum Too Soon?
Premature ejaculation can be very embarrassing, and while most NoFappers like to shout out all kinds of benefits they see from doing NoFap, most of them tend to forget to mention this little, embarrassing, problem.
Because the fact is, NoFap can really make you last shorter in bed.
However, if you manage to get over the few first embarrassing sessions and you get to start having regular sex, the problem goes away for most guys. In fact, if you get over the first “hump” NoFap can actually help you gain better control over your climax. Better than before you set out on your NoFap journey.
Yes, that's right. Frequent fapping to adult sites, combined with tightening of your pelvic flor muscles, can make you lose a bit of control over when your buddy down there want's to sing the high note.
So most guys actually get better!
NoFap and nut busting, It gets worse before it gets better…
In short it is safe to say that most guys, not all, but most guys will get better control in the bedroom after having been on NoFap for a good amount of time. If you're not there yet, chances are you just need more time…
…and practice.
Now, truth be told, there are still guys that keep struggling a bit with busting too soon when doing NoFap, or after having done a PMO reboot, and even if they practice and have regular sex, the problem persists. These guys are in the minority though, and chances are your situation will improve with time.
How long does it take before it gets better?
Well, the boring, but correct, answer is “it depends”.
For some guys it takes 2-3 months, while for others it can take much longer.
You see, it's not just the rebooting of the brain that plays a part in how long it takes, but if you have been sitting while fapping, which many people do since they sit in front of their computer while doing the deed, it can cause the muscles in your pelvic flor to become short and too tight.
This can also make you bust too soon and for some people fixing a tight pelvic floor can take quite a long time.
What others are saying…
Here are a couple of quotes from guys who started to struggle with PE after doing NoFap…
Guy number 1
When I went on my no PMO lifestyle I started to experience premature ejaculation. Prior to that I had the opposite problem, i.e. I would not be able to finish, due to me being so desensitized. Today I am 7 months into my reboot and it has started to get a bit better. I'd say the last 30 days or so the time I'm able to last has slowly started to increase. I still struggle though, but luckily my girlfriend is very understanding and since I now have more sensitivity I am able to go several rounds instead which, hopefully, makes up for it. But I think my situation will keep improving as I continue walking this road.
Guy number 2
I had big PE problems in the start of my NoFap journey. I mean it was really bad and it was so embarrassing. After about 100 days it started to improve and today, on day 166, I am able to go for as long as I want. NoFap has probably been the hardest thing I've ever done, but also the most rewarding.

There are other “bedroom benefits” that may compensate!
Even for the guys that keep on shooting their load a bit too soon after a PMO reboot, a reboot is still worth it in the end (unless your PE is really bad) because let's not forget that there are other things going on in the bedroom as well and the combined bedroom benefits from doing NoFap add up.
This is what guys say happens in the bedroom after a good PMO reboot…
After having done a serious PMO reboot most guys report the following benefits, and we are going to limit the benefits to the bedroom for now…
- Significantly increased libido and attraction for their partner.
(Less libido for pixels on a screen and more for real life women). - Harder erections (Or no more ED).
- Need less rest before being able to go another round.
- No more DE (delayed ejaculation).
- Increased sensitivity.
- Real sex feels 5x better.
- Ability to control the climax better.
Almost every single guy who has done a serious PMO reboot report the 6 first pointers. The last one, again, does not happen for everyone, but if you take all the 6 other into account, wouldn't you say a PMO reboot is worth doing?
Not to mention all the other health benefits that have nothing to do with the bedroom, like for example, more energy, increased concentration, more drive and self-esteem etc.
But back to the bedreeom; if you can get 5X more pleasure and be able to go for several rounds with a hard “pecker” then why complain about busting a bit early?
Ok, ok I get…
…who are we kidding here?
Cumming too quickly is still not fun, even if all the other benefits are there and, I'm not going to lie, there are girls out there that also find it very annoying.
So, I'm going to give you some advice on this right now…
How To Last Longer in Bed During NoFap – Or After A Reboot
Keep in mind that we are all different and what works for one may perhaps not work for another.
So, try them all out and keep your favorites.
Also, some of them requires practice and effort, but hey, it could still be wort it, right?
Slowly And Deeply (Double Meaning)
So now some of you may say, “does this mean what I think it means?”
Yes and no!
First the “yes”: moving very slowly in and out while having sex can be extremely pleasurable for the girl. Especially if you go deep and put the right energy into it.
Obviously, this will also help you last much longer than if you go all “jackhammer mode”.
Then the “no”: but even more importantly, I'm also talking about your breathing. You see, breathing slowly and deeply can significantly increase you stamina, no matter whether or not you go slow or fast with your thrusting.
Try this…
- Breath in through your nose for about 4 seconds.
- Breath out through your mouth for about 6 seconds.
This will reduce the activity in the sympathetic part of your nervous system, which is the part that is responsible for making you ejaculate.
It can work both long term and short term, as in, if you practice slow breathing on a daily basis (even when not having sex), you become better at regulating your nervous system. But sure, you still have to breath slowly during your lovemaking in order for it to work to its full effect…
…in fact, I would recommend you start breathing this way as soon as 30 minutes prior to your love making.

Try A Delay Spray
If you don't want to practice breathing exercises, then there is this “delay spray” that works pretty effectively and can make you last significantly longer in bed, whether you are on NoFap or not.
If interested, you can click here to check pricing over at the vendor site.
How does it work?
It is a spray that you spray on your penis somewhere around 30-10 minutes before your session.
This is something that is easy to do and the girl doesn't even have to know about it (if you don't want her to).
It is also possible to spray some more, even while going at it in the bedroom, if need be, or if you really want to give her the ride of a lifetime.
This works because it's formulated with a very mild anesthetic which absorbs into your penis telling it to not “overreact” to physical stimuli. Even though it contains a mild anesthetic, it is so mild that it doesn't take away anything from the pleasure. Not for you or your partner.
This works in just 10 minutes and is much easier that practicing breathing exercises, however, here is a thought…
…why not try them both at the same time?

Fix Your Tight Pelvic Floor
Remember when I told you that many guys suffer from PE because the excessive fapping has caused a tight pelvic floor, and that this is particularly common if guys have been sitting in front of their computer while going at it?
Well, you should try to reverse that tight pelvic floor as soon as possible!
If you are a former p*rn addict then chances are your pelvic floor muscles are way too short and tight right now.
Fix them like this…
You fix your tight pelvic floor by stretching, relaxing and increasing blood flow to your nether region.
Try this…
- Stand with your feet shoulder width apart or even a bit wider.
- Go down into a squat position and stay down for 1-2 minutes.
- Get your butt down as close to the floor as possible.
- Breathe slowly and deeply while down there.
- Don't tense anything, try to be as relaxed as possible.
- Feel the blood circulating and the stretch down in your pelvic floor.
Do this at least two times a day. Preferable 3-4 times.
This will really soften you up and as a result you will probably experience fuller and harder boners in combination with much more control over your climax…
…pretty cool, huh?
Don't do kegel exercises…
You may have read somewhere that kegel exercise can improve your “bedroom stamina”. Now, while this is true for some people, if you have a history of fapping to adult sites, you should stay far away from those exercises.
Why?
Well, they can make your pelvic floor even more tense, and this is precisely what we are trying to avoid and even reverse right now.
You can, however, do reversed kegel exercises where you instead of clenching the muscles (like you do when you try to stop the flow of urine) instead try to relax them and get a “opening movement” (imagine trying you trying to push the flow of urine out at a faster speed…it is that movement).
Reversed kegel exercises can actually be a really helpful tool for lasting longer in bed. Both if practiced regularly, but even when doing them during your love making.
A word of warning: Just a word of warning, though; if you do the reversed kegel movement during sex, as in doing that pushing movement and visualizing trying to push out the flow of urine faster, just be careful if you are a bit gassy, since the pushing movement can make…
…well, I guess you all get what I'm trying to say there 🙂
Does NoFap Cause Premature Ejaculation?
Final Words
So, in conclusion, the answer to the question “does NoFap cause PE” is, yes it can indeed do so.
It is especially common in the beginning of a reboot, but as guys adapt to their new lifestyle, for the majority of guys, the PE goes away.
In fact, most guys report that that after rebooting they have better control over their climax than ever before. Not everyone is that lucky, however, as the truth is that some guys unfortunately keep struggling with PE even long after fully rebooted.
In what category you belong should become clear rather quickly, so just keep trucking, and should it be the case that you remain a bit “trigger happy”, then don't forget that the no PMO lifestyle comes with a host of other benefits as well, that has nothing to do with sex and be grateful for that…
…because after all, life is more than just about sex!
